Positioned between the creek and the sea, this new build is defined by light, restraint and material clarity. A coastal palette of stone, timber and soft neutrals is carried consistently from exterior to interior, creating a calm, cohesive envelope.

Skylights and largeformat glazing bring controlled natural light deep into the plan, while cleanlined joinery and carefully detailed interfaces keep the spaces precise and uncluttered. The result is a house that reads relaxed and beach driven, but is executed with the level of discipline and finish expected in a high-end build.
