A disciplined mid-century form, carefully retained and precisely upgraded. Walnut House builds on the original elevated brick structure, where the primary living level sits above a recessed ground plane, maintaining the era’s characteristic undercroft parking and side-entry sequence.

The existing cream brickwork has been preserved and restored, paired with refurbished aluminium-framed glazing and reworked openings to improve performance without disrupting the façade rhythm. Original elements have been brought back to a clean, consistent standard, while new interventions are deliberately restrained and exacting.
