A run down workers cottage with a 80s second storey extension that need much love with its collapsing floors and general run down nature in need of a renovation.

The material palette combines natural stone, warm timber finishes and carefully considered joinery with clean architectural lines, creating a home that feels sophisticated without relying on trends.

 

The steel bifold doors to the exterior and grand stone island bench really set the tone of the build.

Throughout the project, the focus was on precision in both design and execution. Every finish, junction and transition was considered to ensure the home feels cohesive from one space to the
next.

 

The result is a residence that brings together luxury finishes, timeless proportion and long-term liveability in a way that feels distinctly suited to Brighton’s established residential character.
