A run down bungalow with the original shag pile carpets in desperate need of a renovation. The extension boasts chevron floors with an entertainers kitchen, designer tiles to all bathrooms with modern p50 plaster details to doors and skirting. The existing redbrick was repurposed for the extension with bagged brickwork internally making a feature with the living room joinery and stone
